I had a hard time finding just one piece to feature from ~Zatona's unique and intriguing gallery, but I finally settled on Zatona "The breakfast club". His work is very compelling. (Featured by `GH-MoNGo)

I really like the expression on the guy's face and the color of the cat is really striking. The one thing that's a bit confusing to me is whether they're both eating cereal or cat food. The box looks somewhat like it has a cat on the front, but the fridge has a note that says "Buy cat food". I think it would be funnier if it were more apparent which it was.

hehehe... I'm glad you notice the note on the fridge ;)
The box on the right is a milk box, maybe i should try to arrange the front cover.

Supposely, the main character is not used to have a cat home, so the red cat is probably eating a bowl of milk (with maybe some cereal) ;)
Some cat just can eat everything but most are quite picky when it comes to the food.

I saw that you have used this contrast in one of your picture(link), the effect is strong indeed and I think it should be used carefully.
It probably depends on the meaning given to the color. What was your intention?

Here... first, it gives more identity to the caracter it differentiate it from other cats, cats are quite similar to one another. Secondly, I want the red color to be the only touch of hope/life in the world of the main character that is quite depressive and unhappy. The contrast is very interesting.

The milk is clear enough. I was more wondering about the larger box that almost looks like it had a cat on the front so at first I thought it was cat food.

Your explination makes the comic make more sense.
